No good, very weak wind blowing!

The fan is huge but it's loud on low speed and it's very low to the ground... I had to rig a higher pole system to get it higher and change the blades for quieter sound.

Great fan. Should've gone with the 18 inch. It's huge at the base. Feels cool.

Here’s a cleaned-up, clear, and more professional version that still keeps the frustration and point across: The fan looks nice and moves plenty of air, but it’s made from very non-durable plastic. The parts that hold the fan together wear quickly. I’ve only had this fan for about three days, and the fan cage keeps falling off and hitting the blades. This actually startled me in the middle of the night. I would expect this kind of quality from an off-brand product, not from something I paid more for. It’s frustrating to have to return it after such a short time. I pay extra to avoid issues like this, and instead it’s just been a waste of time.

I just got this delivered and packing box was in good shape upon opening the box, it was immediately noticed that this item has been purchased, used and they just threw it back in the box??? The fan blades are chipped and the pedestal has broken plastic pieces that were laying in the bottom of the box...This is not an isolated incident... This is the 3rd time!!! Shame on me!!? I've purchased an item online that was used... HORRIBLE!!! Does anyone check these items before they are shipped out to the customer....Very poor Ratings!!? How convenient for y'all when I tried to post photos the app crashes, LOL...I paid almost $100.00 for this item brand new!!! I am beyond disappointed and will not be purchasing NO MORE items from your company..." BUYER BEWARE"...

I bought (4) Lasko 20 in. oscillating fans for my house. After using the fans for (1) summer season, the plastic parts for oscillation and holding the fans upright failed. Now 2 of the 4 fans are broken. I expect the remaining fans won't last much longer either. Very disappointing for $73 dollar fan.

Kudos to HD on their deliveries. Thus far always on time or even a day ahead of time. Better than the competitors. But this fan was rattling right out of the box. I suspected as much when I saw how beat up the product box was. Definitely worn and crushed or dropped on two sides. Don't know where it happened or who's to blame, but the fan is noisy and getting noisier. What was gentle thumping yesterday turned into an obvious and noticeable shake by today. It sounds like a helicopter is flying around my house from a distance, but in a few weeks it will sound like it's directly on top of me. These fans are made cheaply enough without mishandling them. The bearings that keep the spindle/fan axle aligned are easily knocked out of whack, and that is assuming it was properly balanced at the factory, which I sincerely doubt. There is even a mark on the fan blades that looks like they almost put the hole in the wrong place. And toss in those plastic fan blades that are not very well balanced to begin with, and there's going to be a wobble that will only get worse as it is used. This is why if you knock one of these things over, the rattling will start soon after. Two summers ago, I went through five 18" Holmes pedestal fans to find one that didn't have a noticeable rattle right out of the box. (another retailer, not HD) I returned four of them, I am not paying for junk. I went through four Lasko 20" floor fans that same summer to find one that didn't rattle right out of the box. (HD didn't carry them at the time) And three of those four boxes, and four of the formerly 18" Holmes fans mentioned, were really beat up. Do the employees who handle these - be it the retailer, the shippers in between, or the delivery drivers even care? I was just going to exchange this one for a new one, but I bought it online and there is NO EXCHANGE FOR THE SAME PRODUCT anywhere that I can see and they're not carried in store and the original price has gone up by quite a bit. So I ordered one from another seller and will most likely return this one or use it in my garage. I don't blame HD for this. Goodness knows how many hands touch these and how many shippers along the way to the final customer. But I am getting tired of this. Paying more, and getting less. Prices keep going up as quality keeps going down. (I just checked and since I initiated a return yesterday, the price went back down to what I paid for it. Just a coincidence I am so sure. /s Too late HD. Poor customer service, such as I have come to expect from you) I would download some pics but that 'add images/videos feature isn't responding.

After I assembled the lasko 18 " fan the tube that goes inside the pedestal it doesn't stays stable inside the pedestal it comes off very easily. Also the tube doesnt stays estable after adjusting the length to the tallest or even less tall it doesn't work it goes down rigth away after every trial to expand it.

Love this fan! Perfect size for the Master bedroom. The fan seeds are great with the remote.
