Usually water underneath lek would be caused by an improper use of (not enough) silicone around the base of the faucet. Silicone for plastic faucet and plumbers putty under metal.

Thank you. This Bathroom faucet is not designed to be connected to a portable washing machine. The pressure variations will cause leaking in the water lines inside the faucet.

My guess is some water is leaking into the decorative part of the faucet and it is running down the supply lines into the vanity.

Not ceramic at this price point. They are washerless, though, to last longer without dripping.

If the vanity is oepn under the sink this should work just fine for someone in a wheelchair. The levers turn easily.

It might be, but I would not use this for many ADA situations because the neck doesn't give as much room underneath. Many people with disabilities need a bit more room to set things underneath and maneuver.

Push down on the blue plastic piece the stem goes through under the sink and pull the stem up at the same time.

Each handle has a set screw which is removable with a small screwdriver. Once loosened simply pull up on the handle and you will have access to the stem.

Yes, you should use the putty. Hopefully, you can retain the old flange, skip that part, and get by with only connecting the new plug.

One should ALWAYS use plumber's putty on drains.

believe that the plumber who installed both of them did use putty. I bought to freshen up my bathrooms to sell condo and it sold so I do not know how they held up

instructions stated to use silicone under the flange. mines holding fine with silicone. I think it depends on the material that the flange is made of , silicone will stick to some that putty will not.

Yes. Even though some sets come with a rubber flange gasket, the plumbers putty will seal uneven or imperfections in the sink drain. Just make sure to use enough putty so that when tightened a bead comes out all the way around the flange.

Most sets do come with the drain stopper to match. It is always good to check the box to make sure. When the new drain is put in, be sure to roll a plumber putty tube about the size of a tootsie roll and wrap it around the drain flange. The excess is easy to remove and it will give a water tight seal.Some come with a rubber bushing, but I prefer the plumbers putty.
