Questions & Answers
I am replacing a two hole faucet with this particular faucet. Will it be the right fit?
Hello Elaine. The Glacier Bay Pavilion Single Handle Pull Down Kitchen faucet with Turbo Sprayer and Fast mount can be installed where a two hole faucet was as long as the hole is the required one and a half inch wide.
Is it possible to purchase a replacement dish soap pump? The one we have has broken, and is not repairable.
Thank you. This unit comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty so simply contact the Home Depot Customer Care Department at 1-855-434-5224 and they would be glad to send you out a new pump.
Does this model come with flow rate adapter?
Thank you. You cannot adjust the flow above 1.8 GPM.
What is the faucet shank length and diameter? What size of basin wrench should be used?
How do you get the handle off to swap the cartridge?
Thank you. The handle is held on by a 2.5 metric Allen Wrench screw. Once that is removed, the cap and bonnet nut come off and the cartridge then pulls out.
How do I loosen the fount mount?
Thank you. If you are referring to the Fast Mount, you will need to unscrew the piece until it loosens and slides from the line.
can on/off handle be placed on the left instead of the right
Yes you can move the faucet to accommodate that. The water temps will be reversed as you move the handle
From my experience, you can have the faucet facing whatever direction you'd like; the base turned to whatever direction before you tighten it in place. I wanted it on the front but my wife liked how it looked on the right. My point is you have options.
I need a bronze replacement spray head and universal replacements do not fit. Only OEM replacements I find are in silver. Where may I buy a replacement in bronze? Or can you please tell me the thread size so I can get the correct universal replacement?
Thank you. Since this unit has a Limited Lifetime Warranty, simply contact the Home Depot Warranty Department at 1-877-527-0313 and they would be glad to assist you
