How do I get a replacement head for this faucet?
Hello Shane. This unit comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty so simply contact the Home Depot Customer Service Department at 1-855-434-5224 and they can assist you with getting a replacement head.
How does this faucet dismount from the deck once it is installed? I know of a situation where the installed faucet needs to be removed and moved to a different sink. I don't see a way to release the "FastMount".
how do I remove the fast mount screw nut under the counter top?
Thank you. With the FastMount, you simply need to unscrew the part counterclockwise until the internal parts releases from the threads and then it will slide the rest of the way off.
How far does the spray nozzle "pull down" when taken out of the holder?
You can pull the nozzle down about 6” I’m very happy with the aesthetics and function of this faucet set.
How to replace valve
Thank you. There is a parts breakdown in the instruction booklet that will assist you in changing out the cartridge.
How far out does the faucet come? In other words, what is the depth of the spout?
Thank you. From the back of the faucet to the front of the spout it is 10 inches. From the middle of the faucet to the middle of the spout, it is 7 29/32 inches.
The swing of the spout locks preventing 180* turns. The handle hits the splash, so turning faucet the lock needs adjustment. How to proceed? Thanks
The handle cannot be adjusted so there is no way of preventing the handle from hitting your backsplash and the spout swing can also not be adjusted.
Can it be used without the deck plate?
