I only have 6" to work with from left knob to right knob, will this work?
Thank you. This could be installed on a 6" spread but you will have to make sure you loop the Quick Connect Hose as shown on page 8, section 10 of the installation instructions.
Do I need to purchase hoses separately?
Thank you. The water supply lines are not included and need to be purchased separately.
Is there a matching drain stop with this?
Thank you. The drain assembly is included with the faucet.

How do you change washers
Not sure at this time due as mine is a recent new installation. My suggestion is to contact manufacturer or ask question on their website.

The set came with all the necessary parts & washers. Installation was done in 1 hour.
It uses a cartridge, not washers. Remove handle, remove a nut, pull out cartridge. Get a new one and install it. First try cleaning and slightly tightening down your old one.
Will the Quick connect hose fit if the handle center spread is 12 inches?
Thank you. The hose is flexible so it should fit that spread.
No it won't work with 12 inch center spread
My faucet is 9" handle to handle and I had a lot of hose to work with so yes it should work easily out to 12"
