Do I need to purchase hoses separately?
Thank you. The water supply lines are not included and need to be purchased separately.
Did I get a defective hose? I just installed it, everything went well and in fine first week I had great water pressure then all of a sudden it?s gone. Went underneath and the quick connect hose now has a kink in it that won?t unkink?

We suggest you contact the Home Depot Customer Service department at 1-855-434-5224 and they can assist you with ordering any parts you may need under the unit's Limited Lifetime Warranty. Once you receive your new hose, on page 8 / section 10 of your instructions shows how you can install the hose in a way that will help prevent the hose from kinking in the future.
