    Troubleshooting Questions
What are some common signs that a garage door needs to be repaired?
Garage door and opener systems are complex, so there are several areas where something could go wrong. If your garage door shakes or is very loud during operation, reverses direction unexpectedly, opens slowly or closes too quickly, or if the garage door opener and remote aren't working at all, it’s time to get help from a garage door repair specialist.
How do I know if I need garage door repairs?
Your garage door is opened and closed multiple times a day, making it subject to significant wear and tear over time. Pay particular attention to springs, cables, rollers and pulleys to check for damage. Do not attempt to remove, adjust or repair these parts or anything attached to them. These parts are under high tension and should only be fixed by a trained garage door professional.

Home Depot was stalled my project but then was difficult to get in contact with. I didn?t get a final receipt. I didn?t know what the total changes of the project was. Communication was just not good. I got a quote from the installer in July and work was just completed in September. Work I thought I was paying for was not done and I was told by the installer that home depot denied the estimate write up. Door looks great. Installer and contact person were amazing
