I had a terrible experience with Rockwood Shutters. I had to be available 6 total times to get everything completed. I miss over half a work week to be home during the appointment time blocks. Many issues occurred between having a shutter damaged, never getting a call from a manager to discuss everything that had occurred. I had to constantly follow up for answers rather than anyone reaching out to me. The installer, Emmanuel, was great but the overall company other than him really let me down. We originally purchased the shutters May 26th and everything finally got completed September 22nd. I was given a credit, but do not agree with the amount given and I was to be put on a callback list to be contacted by higher management to discuss.

Later, it was decided that the price quoted and agreed upon with both my signature and salesperson's signature, was incorrect and they raised the price up another $700 . So essentially the discounts he was giving me for one thing ot another were voided.
