The installers were great, I just wish the pull strings were on opposite sides - was not consulted. Also the strings on these blinds are way too long. They are in the way and hard to manage. Is there anything I can do to shorten them more?

Had building inspector out June of 2015 to pass windows and found out that the picture windows that go to the floor were ordinary glass not Tempered. They have yet to be fixed. I have called numerous times. You have lousy service. Don't expect to get paid till it's fixed.

I had my roof replaced a few years ago and was impressed at the time with Home Depot's project management- I was in direct contact with the project manager at all stages of the installation, had my questions and concerned addressed in a timely manner. Unfortunately my recent window replacement had very poo project management. I never saw the project manager, when I had questions about the installation my phone calls were left unanswered. I had to wait for over a month for my final review and city inspection to be even scheduled only after I contacted several times the salesperson. The installation went well, the quality of the wood windows was disappointing- certainly not what I expected. Overall a very disappointing experience.
