The craftsmen who installed a pair of patio doors did a great job. They answered my questions without delay and moved ahead to each next step. I was pleased with their work and the doors until the door at the dining room exit began to show fog or mist between the panes within days. I made photographs and share them within this review.

Installation was scheduled and canceled twice, both times at the last minute. When the 4 windows were finally installed, one of the window sashes was wrong (1 over 6 instead of 6 over 1)! The incorrect sash has still not been corrected, and in fact we have not received any phone calls or correspondence about it. Are we getting the right sash? Any time soon?! The guys doing the installation were the best part of the experience. They were professional and did good work.
