Nice guys and Sanchez was great, but someone needs to show them how to use a level and how to align plastic framed windows, the difference between a drill bit and a chamfer bit, what length screws should be used to hold window frames to house frame, how to caulk, how to use two workers to carry large windown frames, not just drag them across the lawn and dirt, most of cleanup was done ok, but many windows were left with oil and sweat smudges. Again, nice guys, but I had hoped for more craftsmanship and construction knowledge. Must say it really bothered me that they just used hammers to pound down aluminum flange against stucco wall rather than just slicing it off with their small right angle grinder/cutter... stucco is too fragile to just beat on with a hammer for five mins.....

The most expensive window treatments were supposed to stack from right to left according to the written instructions but when arrived it was discovered they stacked from left to right. That shouldn't have been confusing to experienced manufacturers. It took a couple weeks for your people to figure out what to do and another couple weeks to complete the project. Each time WE called for explanations and updates, we got double talk and lame excuses. This window covering was for a large patio window in the master bedroom, so we couldn't even spend the night in our new home. Easy to see why Home Depot insists on full payment in advance before they'll place the order. During this unpleasantly stressful experience, we were promised compensation but have yet to find out what you will provide. Again, we had absolutely no problem with your installers.

They showed up on the wrong day. They showed up a week early to install the windows. Then the windows were the wrong size. when they finally came back a month later they put the incorrect color on the molding. Another month and several phone calls for the correct color. How can I put this so you?ll understand?they completely suck!
