Overall the process, installation, and quality are great and I would highly recommend Home Depot for your needs. I will say, however, that the process can get a little complicated and or tedious. Examples include but are not limited to: receiving emails telling you to log in to your account but no account is created or you get an error message; getting multiple phone calls reminding you of the exact same thing, one phone call with one voicemail is enough; the wrong balcony door was ordered and therefore I had to wait a month before getting the new one (luckily they had not taken the old one down before realizing they had the wrong one) and no manage has so far contacted me to apologize for this and to provide some form of compensation for the inconvenience. As I said at the beginning, however, overall I'm definitely satisfied and during the actual install process, the installers did a great job with great quality product.
