Two of my widows had the wrong glass. The installers notified someone on the job site. One month later the replacement glass was ordered by the warehouse in Sacramento. Not very pleased that it took this long to get the process started. The installers were great, the follow-up people dropped the ball

The Installer was on personal calls 90% of the time during the installation. He never answered my questions I had, and was ignored. I asked politely to NOT step on my plants. He did it anyway and on purpose. The City inspector told me the windows are cockeyed,and the screens are aftermarket cheep screens,and needs to be replaced. The caulking wasnt completed all around,and the job was done sloppy. He left broken glass in my driveway. !!! He had to drive 3 hrs one way just to install 2 windows! Geez so sorry!!
