Overall, you did well. Adam S was professional and friendly with the initial quote and was very communicative and helpful, including when I was struggling with a later part of the process. CJ?s team was also great. My issue comes with the part of the process that involved scheduling the final measurements. I initially got a call from Chloe Townes to schedule, and I thought we set a date for a following Monday. I then received no confirmation info, and nobody showed up. When I called the number listed in the packet I received, nobody ever answered and I left numerous voicemails. I then called the general ?questions?? Phone number and was told by someone that Chloe said we were disconnected, and that ?her system was down at the moment, and she?ll call you in about 30 minutes.? No call ever came. At this point I reached out to Adam S, who felt like my last resort for any kind of progress. Later that day after weeks of my attempting to reach her, Chloe called me. She claimed she didn?t get any voicemails, and that it was my fault for not having her extension. I don?t understand how completely broken this part of the system was, and continued to be. She then said I would be scheduled for a later date, in the afternoon as I requested. She sent me multiple confirmations that it would be in the afternoon, and then the day before the appointment the contractor Brad told me he would arrive at 8 am. I then had to reschedule the arrival time with the contractor myself. He was friendly as well, and did great. Honestly Chloe Townes? performance in this process was a massive wart on the otherwise smooth and professional process with your team. The amount I paid should not have involved so much frustration and ineptitude. Final shoutout to Adam, Brad, and CJ and his team. Great work from all of them.
