Window Replacement in Madison, CT

I called Home Depot to inquire about vinyl replacement windows I had seen at the store. Within 4 days a salesperson came to my home. He spent two hours discussing my options for window, reviewed the quality of the Simonton window and looked over my home. We discussed pricing, warranty, workmanship, installers, time line......and everything and everyone that would help me start and finish the task with confidence and satisfaction. Due to the salesman being able to answer every question I had, I decided to order that day. Within a couple days, another man came to review the measurements that were previously taken, told me more about the process, discussed extra costs and condition for removing windows with lead paint, and told me the order would now be forwarded to the factory. He said I could follow the process and the progress on line, where I could see Step 1.........thru 6 which is completion. Every step of the way, I was able to be reminded of what happened next. Soon, the day arrived when the excellent installers arrived exactly on time. There were 3 men who worked like a well-oiled machine. They looked thru the house, at every window then went and opened up their large workshop-truck. They organized everything on the lawn, set up garbage cans, and began their carefully, managed installation of all 15 windows within 8 hours. I watched in amazement as they flawlessly, and meticulously, set up their procedure. Everyone was on task all day, each man having his specific job, kind of like an orchestra.......with everyone doing quick, organized, managed care of the new windows, the removal and stacking of my old windows, covering my furniture, and carefully moving around my very small house. They took down all my shutters, and re-attached perfectly, after wrapping the custom, metal wrap over all the exterior window trim and sill. They worked carefully around all my shrubbery, and left no trace or damage. Each time there was something that arose that was unexpected or unusual, they discussed it, took care of it........and never slowed down. My driveway was their work area, and when they left, there wasn't one sign.......that they had been there. No mess, no garbage, no nothing. The installers were diligent, talented, quick, respectful, and on a "mission" without stopping. They were remarkable, and very pleasant to talk with, and they answered any and all questions. It is very unusual...........to receive service..........above anything you could have expected. It went flawlessly. All the promises made by the salesman about these installers was true. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the windows, the workmanship of the installers and the kindness, concern and attention I received from the salesperson. Excellent !!!!! I have told everyone.
