Better coordination between scheduling and the installer. A scheduling glitched caused a delay in installation on my job, a major inconvenience for me having to live with displaced furniture and discomfort over a weekend. Overall the _installation_ was excellent. The technicians were very polite, professional, and outlined exactly what was going to happen. I was very impressed with their efficiency, cleanliness and the fact that they took care not to damage my garden.

It would have been great if the window installation was done earlier. We ordered in July and got it done in September. Also the cost is very high as compared with other installers.one company gave us a lot cheaper price than Home Depot. Otherwise all is good.
