My experience with draperies is far too much to explain in this post but it took months and several replacements to get it close to correct. The staff was very helpful but it was a painful process and still do not have everything correct.

The fact that this link requesting a review came to me as Vinyl Windows, rather than as the Hurricane Shutters (fabric) is typical of my experience with this installation: if it can go wrong, it will. The first installer was nice but inexperienced with the product & used an inexperienced crew that took short cuts. The second installer did his best to rectify the problems, but with extra/incorrect holes drilled into a house, there is a limit to the cosmetic fixes that were made. (Structural issues were all addressed.) Worse than that was HD's staff. They did not always follow up when they said they would. They were often late or sometimes, just not there. Despite their process, I had to be the one to initiate next actions once there were problems. Though they had a pleasant demeanor, I felt that they did the minimum to make things right.
