The representative is wonderful! The office representative is horrible! The time it took to deliver materials is awful and twice had damage to a shutter that was returned twice. Took over a month to get new shutter that also arrived Damaged and delivery person had to repair. Still not 100% satisfied with product.

I waited 6 months for my windows to be installed. I want you to understand my profound dissatisfaction with the recent Windows installation process I underwent and the significant lack of communication throughout the entire procedure. As a customer, I expected a smooth and efficient ordering and installation process. However, my experience was quite the opposite. Not only did it took so much longer anticipated, but there were also numerous technical glitches that further compounded the frustration. What exacerbated the situation even more was the lack of communication from your end. I was left in the dark regarding the status and lack of transparency of my order, leading to increased anxiety and uncertainty. Clear and timely communication is vital in such situations to ensure that customers are informed about the progress and any potential issues that may arise. Furthermore, I would appreciate it if you could provide some form of compensation or remedy for the inconvenience and frustration caused by this ordeal. I believe it is only fair given the circumstances. Moving forward, I sincerely hope that steps will be taken to improve both the installation process and communication channels to prevent such issues from occurring in the future. I have made purchases with Home Depot in several states during my military career and have never been treated like this. Also steps should be taken to ensure there's at least one person on the installation team who speaks fluent English.
