After order the blinds, the firm showed up to install them and there were missing parts. It was not his fault, but somebody messed up. Needless to say, I had to make 3-trips from Lake City, FL to St. Augustine (200-mile round trip) because of the error. I?m requesting $50 refund because of the fuel cost. Thank you

I was first notified they would be delivered in mid December. That didn?t happen. Called the consultant, she said she would check it out. Then I was told that my shipment ended up in Texas. She wasn?t sure when they would be shipped. Very little communication, I finally was given an install date in February. There was really no communication or any response to when I could expect them. The blinds were installed yesterday, February 22. Very poor communication with consultant, I had to call her. My Home Depot account was charged in December.
