Ordering shades was easy. Shades delivered quicker than expected. Waited 2 weeks to have installer come only to find out there was no remote in the box (made in Mexico). Store ordered remote the next day but obviously didn't overnight it as they should have. It is now 6 days since it was ordered and I still don't have it. I'm not a happy customer right now.
