We have had two windows and one patio door installed in the past year. Things did not go smoothly. 1. Patio Door- did come with the screen door took months for it to arrive. 2. Upstairs window- we didn't find out until several months after we ordered the window that it would require a different design and cost $500 additional dollars. 3. Office window- ordered it a week after #2 was installed only to be charged an additional $600 (price increase). 3 months later when they brought the window to be installed one of the panes was broken so it was not installed. two months later the service tech comes with the new pane-not knowing the new window was not installed. Finally the window gets installed, 2 days later when the left casement window was opened for the first time, the mechanical arm came off and the screens had to be removed and the window closed manually. I have paid over 10K for just 2 windows and one door and not one has gone smoothly from order to install- Why would I be crazy enough to order more windows from Home Depot????????????? I am so angry and disappointed and feel like I got taken big time.

Windows were smaller than my original windows. That was an issue for me. Then. The window locks were white, not brown, to match the wood trim. So, it looks horrible. The locks are broken, need replacement asap. Who will do that? The beed mold that was required to trim the windows, was not cut to fit snug and look clean. There are gaps in my windows. Glue in between the glass. Many gaps in the corner beads.The window themselves have bad corners and show white where it is supposed to be brown wood grain. Very, very disappointing. Not about to hire y'all to do my ffloors. I cannot be more disappointed.

Very easy process. ?��Sales?�� (wasn?��t pushy, just gave us the price based on what we wanted and gave us payment options) guy came out and measured the windows we wanted done and gave us options to choose from. Within a couple days we had a technician come out to take final measurements. Then once the windows were custom made they gave us a 2 hour window for installers to show up. They made it look awesome, did a tremendous job and I will likely be getting an overhead garage door and front door installed through them as well. Quality product installed at a tremendous price.
