John from Home Depot Okemos Mi who sold us the replacement windows said our inside trim would be the same exactly. I told him if they could not do that I did not want the windows. Home Depot came out and measured the windows the first time, then came out a second time and remeasured and then came out a third time and told us we had to change one of the smaller windows to a casement window because of the small size. We did that. We were first scheduled for install on New Year?s Day, before that day your person from the Livonia, MI phone number called and wanted to schedule into January. I had that call on speaker phone so I could hear better and it sounded like he was calling from a bar and he had a few drinks. My son and his wife were visiting from Texas and my wife heard him and thought the same thing. I don?t know if this is true, but it sounded like it. Not a great way to do business in my book. When the two workers first came to install the windows the three smaller casement windows went in fine. The largest window the installer installed he said it did not include the correct trim. So they installed it and calked it till the follow up people would complete the job. I sent a number of photos of my trim to your man in Livonia, MI. to make sure the trim would match. He came out with two boxes of trim that I looked at them and I told him they would not work. He said the man coming on March 20th. to complete the install Would fix it and make it right. When the man came on March 20th. He told me that I could not have the same trim I originally had. Did John lie to me? Or did the last installer lie to me? I would not have purchased the windows without being able to keep my original trim. This has been a complete cluster f?, in my opinion. I would suggest for you in the future to never let the man with the Livonia, Mi phone number talk to any customers as he does not know how to listen. I would also suggest that if you tell a customer that there trim will be the same that it?s a true statement. Rufus A Bailey.

Dan, the installer, went right to work upon arrival. He assured us that the job would be completed before 4:30 and he was right! He worked consistently and answered any questions that I had for him. He was respectful of our home and his coworker was, too.
