You say to avoid writing about Customer Service and contact you instead for issues requiring immediate attention. I DID...........TEN TIMES.............NOTHING. My picture window was installed August 3. I was promised that a defective piece would be ordered and installed within a week. FINALLY after TEN PHONE CALLS over the past three months, SUPPOSEDLY I am having an installer come to the house tomorrow night to put the new piece in (which has been in my den for TWO MONTHS waiting for SOMEONE to put it in. I was given THREE different names of installers that were going to come to the house on different occasions. NO ONE called.......... EVER. FINALLY, I received a call back from a woman from Home Depot to see if my "issues" had been taken care of, and she has stayed in touch with me these past two weeks to take care of the problem (hopefully). Funny thing..................when I had the salesman come to my house in the summer that wanted to sell me the window, he bragged and bragged about how WONDERFUL your Customer Service was.............not so much. I signed up for six months (same as cash) and have almost paid off the window in the time this has taken place. NUTS. There obviously is no communication at Home Depot. I could hardly stand to sit on the phone listening to your recordings every time I called telling me how much you cared. The product and installation were excellent initially. Your Customer Service needs some work, and SOMEONE needs to follow up better with your customers. Thanks. Rufers
