This has been the worse experience and we are extremely dissatisfied with our product and the process. The wrong blinds were ordered and then we were blamed. The blackout blinds had some holes in them and stayed stuck down sometimes. They had to be re made. One blind still gets stuck. The slider blinds needed to be re ordered to get the right ones and now the tensioners and chains keep breaking. They have been replaced and then broke again. We have been trying to resolve this issue with mostly being told the chains are supposed to break easily so kids don?t get hurt and we?re also told from another person on a call that this is a well known problem that has been reported a lot but cooperate isn?t doing anything about it. Now we are told that we may have to send the blinds in to have them looked at and have no blinds for several weeks unless we get paper ones. The installer felt that the double blinds are too heavy for the chains to support them and we should probably get electric opening and shutting for them. I asked if we can get the company to pay for electric openers given that we have been with significant issues for 9 months now but were told no. We are so dissatisfied with our blinds and the lengthy time it takes to get anything fixed. We will not recommend this service to anyone in our new build neighborhood and unless we can have closure with these issues and have the company do what?s right, we will be certain to leave our review publicly.
