Everything went very well. Windows were excellent quality, and installers were courteous and knowledgeable. Our windows were installed quickly and within the timeframe we were promised. We also had new siding installed on our home at the same time. This was also done very quickly and efficiently. We have already noticed that our house is much easier to keep cool. We are anxious to see how much easier it will be to heat our house this winter!

There was so many problems from start to finish on this project. April we meet and ordered the doors and patio. Salesman took initial measurements then Service Tech took measurements neither got the correct size. Patio door was ordered twice and still was delivered wrong. Initial scheduled install appointment was missed with no notifications. We were sitting at home waiting for installers. I had to call and ask for an update. Doors weren't ordered correctly. Month later installed the front doors (month later than schedule) and found out patio door was the wrong size. We were told this patio door would be expedited and take another month. after two weeks of zero communication I reached out and was told it would be another month and half.. So needless to say we were severely dissatisfied in the level of communication and the fact we weren't left with a feeling as though we were important or a priority. It will be a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGGGG time before we spend money at HomeDepot.

They forgot to completely seal the top of one picture window (side) and Curt Stock said they would replace damaged trims in kitchen and they didn't. I wasn't given time to inspect so I found these things out later...
