PVC was substituted for vinyl, a $5 product in place of a $25 product I paid for. Costumer service, Sean at the Albuquerque store on Renaissance, tried to convince me into believing they were the same thing. Thus instead of seeking the product I paid for I demanded and received a refund, cancelled the $4,300 carpet order and will never go back to HD. On the previous visit the cashier, selling molding by the foot was too ignorant to realize that 3 feet 6 inches is not 3.6 feet. This incompetence is incomprehensible to me.On several other visits similar misleading, false, and ignorant advice was obtained making every step of the home renovation much more time consuming, difficult, and frustrating.

I did a lot of research on windows and found that Home Depot's brand was rated the best in quality and customer satisfaction. The sales rep came to our house and was knowledgeble and friendly. We had old metal windows with a brick house and were told it may be a difficult install. The installers had no problems and worked quickly and efficiently. They didn't leave any mess and my new windows look great!!!!
