I have contacted the salesman who did a good job. Management and follow through were terrible. Four months to get window installed when it was 100% paid for upfrfont is horrendous. This customer missed work for appts. that were not kept and the length demand at least a $100 gift card. Do you really care ot is this another exercise in futility?
