Returns of purchases made with Gift Cards or Store Credits are subject to our Returns Policy (available in our stores and online) and will be refunded as a Store Credit. Gift Cards and Store Credits are not credit/debit cards and are not redeemable for cash or credit unless required by law, where redemption can be made at your local store. Gift Cards and Store Credits cannot be applied to credit or loan balances, Rental Center deposits, or for in-home sales. Gift Cards and Store Credits may be deactivated or rejected if fraud is suspected (in our sole discretion). Customers cannot use other means or channels of purchasing our Gift Cards in excess of $5,000 in the same 24-hour period that purchases are being made from our e-gift card program.
Never give your Gift Card number to anyone over the phone. Law enforcement authorities or the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) will never ask you to pay for anything using gift cards; if you get this type of request, it is a scam.
