Is there a sale on storage containers?
The Home Depot Storage Sale is here, so it's time to get shopping. From storage bins to tool chests, we've got deals on what you need for a clean and neatly arranged garage. Shop the sales in-store or online from 6/22–8/18, and make this the year you clean out the garage and basement.
How can I prep my home for scorching summer temps?
Be confident your home is equipped for relentless summer heat by replacing or repairing faulty components of your home and hardscaping. Check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. On the outside of your house, examine shingles or metal roofing for rust or damage that could let water leak inside. Keep gutters clear of debris to prevent excess water from backing up into your home. Lastly, chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're badly weathered.
Do you have specialty moving boxes?
Make moving or storage easier by picking up a mix of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you want, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion any and all items with moving blankets and bubble cushion to ensure your belongings make it safely. Don't forget to check out our moving truck rentals if you need those as well.
Should I get a portable generator or an inverter generator?
Restore power in your home even after severe storms and wind take it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are cleaner and quieter than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise in times of lesser demand. When exploring different generators, keep in mind that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. Always run your generators outside, away from doors and windows, for safety purposes.
Do you carry wireless or wired doorbell cameras?
Enjoy safety, peace of mind, and privacy with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a peephole when you can view animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off would-be porch pirates. Many cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as it suits you.
What's the project for the free Kids Workshop?
Head to the Kids Workshop on 8/1/2026, from 9–noon or while supplies last. It's time to assemble a wooden rocket game! Your little builder can put together their very own rocket game craft — like the real thing but kid-sized. Remember to leave some time to race your rocket into space with others!
