Poor customer service
I am working on a project and I frequent the clearance section of various stores for this particular project. I saw 4 windows that were obvious returns, one was cracked and the other three had clipped corners and were written on with black marker on previous visists. I wanted to see if I could get a price on them. I spoke with a very nice associare named Alicia. She was extremly nice and stoped what she was doing to get someone in the department to help me. Within a few minutes, the supervisor over the doow and window department arrived. She seemed a little upset, as if I was interupting something. I informed her that I saw these windows in my 2 prior visits but there was still no price on them. She said they were nee windows that hadn't been put up. I show her the cracked glass and other signs that these are returns. She then says she hasn't had time to price them. At the point of me leaving, she still had not priced the items and my inquiry did not appear to have an impact on that. On a brighter note, Alicia saw me on another isle and asked did I get the help I needed. When I said I didnt, she apologized that there was not more she could do. She informed me thsy was the department supervisor. I really would have liked to purchase all 4 of the windows but you cant make a purchase without a price.

    We are not from here and the experience was amazing! We spent today over $1600 we are remodeling our first home and David and Tom helped us out tremendously

        Carpet and LVP flooring
        Tell your customers that you contract the installation of carpet and LVP flooring out. Also why didn’t I get my pro extra points or $$ that we spent on my account? We spent $10,000 and all my pro extra account saints is we spent $62 what’s up with that? And I contacted someone in higher management about giving a discount to our church and I never heard back from them. They said in store they don’t do that anymore but a church in Tennessee was donated all their lumber by home dept for a room they built and carpet they bought. So that’s not true.

          Love the store atmoshere
          Love walking into my Volumbus, Georgia store. It’s immensity and the orderliness extant is a personal pleasure. A tool lover’s dream and a fantasyland for projects I may not even be able to accomplish. Having worked in construction and spending the majority of my working life in blue color environs, I guess the calm excitement I feel on entering the aforementioned Home Depot should be expected. I just love the vibe of the place.

            Return and in stock products
            I bought a 50 foot roll of cat 6 cable for my security camera system home. I thought that my present cat wire was damaged. Unfortunately the cat 5 cable wasn’t the issue so I had to return it. The return was done smoothly and efficiently with no problem. Was very pleased with the return process. Also the Columbus location has most of the products I need in stock. The Phenix City location most of the time does not. Only a higher priced option.

                Be very wary of this store. Store is understaffed and some employees are extremely rude, unless you “look” like a contractor.

                    Exceptional service and friendly attitude
                    I recently opened a Home Depot credit card and at the end of my check out I thought that I was supposed to receive a discount. We went to the customer Service counter Arrionna Evans helped us by giving us a discount and explaining how our new credit card terms apply. She was very welcoming and knowledgeable about store policy and gave us a great experience.
