Love this store
Every time I go to this home depot I always find it clean, with friendly staff always willing to help! This visit I visited both the garden department as well as the main store. I visit this stores garden center as frequently as possible.

Redlands rocks!
My husband and I stopped by Home Depot to pick out a Christmas tree, and we had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Crystal. She was incredibly friendly, kind, and patient, and truly went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful.
We've always gotten fresh-cut trees every year, but this was our first time switching to an artificial one - and Crystal made the process so easy and enjoyable! She took the time to show us different options, answered all of our questions, and helped us pick the perfect tree for our home. Her cheerful attitude and genuine care turned what could have been an overwhelming decision into a fun and memorable experience.
Home Depot is lucky to have such an amazing employee who brings both expertise and holiday spirit to her work. We left feeling grateful and excited for the holidays thanks to Crystal’s wonderful assistance. Thanks again for helping us find the perfect tree — we couldn't be happier!

Very Disappointed
I bought a custom window at Home Depot in Redlands. I trusted that the sales person knew what they were doing. BIG MISTAKE. I ended up with a window the same size as the rough opening size. The fin setback was wrong even after I told them the setback size I wanted. I paid extra for the window frame to be painted and the painter missed a spot. I paid for home delivery and was supposed to inspect and sign for the window. Instead the delivery men dumped the window at my front door and left. That day I got a call from my neighbor telling their was a big window at my front door laying up against the stucco wall. In conclusion if you order anything from this store GOOD LUCK

House renovation
Ladder works great, easy to use and makes it alot easier to get in those tough areas.
My dewalt miter helped emensely with cutting the vinyl flooring at my daughters house.
The Bosch table saw helped with the vinyl flooring also with ripping the flooring along the walls.

Reliable Store for Someone in the Trades
I work in HVAC and home services, so I’m in Home Depot pretty regularly picking up materials and supplies for jobs. The Redlands location has been reliable for me. The store usually has what I need, and the employees have been friendly, helpful, and willing to point me in the right direction when I need something. When you’re working in the trades, time matters, so being able to get in, get what you need, and get back to the customer makes a difference. I’ve had good experiences at this location and I’ll continue coming back.

Great Service
Came in to do an exchange on an item I purchased thru Exchange Marketplace. Fernando at the service desk was a great help. He was very friendly and polite. He made the exchange process very simple and quick.
