Is outdoor power equipment on sale for Spring Black Friday 2026?
The Home Depot Spring Black Friday Sale is back and better than ever. Save big on lawn and garden and outdoor power equipment, including lawn mowers and mulch, then update your patio furniture or grill so you're ready to enjoy the season. You can also get a jump on spring cleaning with storage and DIY projects by taking advantage of low prices on tools. Don't forget to embrace energy-efficient living with new appliances, too. This spring sale runs from April 9th through 22nd, so shop fast.
What do I do to prepare my home for flip-flopping spring temps?
Make certain your home is ready for springtime temperature changes by replacing or repairing faulty components of your home. On the outside of your house, examine roof shingles or metal roofs for rust or damage that could let water leak inside. Keep gutters fully functional to prevent overflow from backing up into your home when storms arrive. Chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're in poor condition. Also, check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. If water gets in the cracks, you might be looking at trouble.
Do you carry small moving boxes?
Make your move easier by picking up a variety of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you need, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Remember to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those, too.
Should I get a portable generator or an inverter generator?
Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for any circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with tornados or severe thunderstorms, a portable generator lets you enjoy electricity after the elements take it out. When exploring different generators for sale, remember that inverter generators are more expensive than portable generators, but they're also quieter and cleaner. Always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.
What are the benefits of doorbell cameras?
Enjoy peace of mind, safety, and privacy with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through a window or peephole when you can watch human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off potential porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Several cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you flexible and easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.
