Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

When is the Spring Black Friday Sale in 2026?

The Home Depot Spring Black Friday Sale is back and better than ever. Save big on lawn and garden as well as outdoor power equipment, then update your grill and patio furniture so you're ready to enjoy the season. You can also get a jump on spring cleaning and DIY projects by taking advantage of low prices on tools. Don't forget to embrace energy-efficient living with new appliances, too. This spring sale runs from April 9th through 22nd, so remember to shop before it ends.

Is it important to replace broken chimney caps?

Make certain your home is equipped for spring temperature changes by replacing or repairing faulty parts of your home. On the exterior of your home, inspect shingles or metal roofing for damage that could let water leak inside. Chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're in poor condition. Keep gutters clear of debris to prevent ice dams if your location is still prone to ice storms and snow. Also, check brick and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces. If moisture freezes inside the crevices, you might be looking at trouble.

Do you offer moving boxes?

Make storage or moving easier by picking up a mix of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you're searching for, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Don't forget to check out our moving truck rentals if you need those, too.

Should I get a portable generator or an inverter generator?

Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for any circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with severe thunderstorms or strong winds, a portable generator lets you enjoy electricity after the elements take it out. When exploring different generators for sale, don't forget that inverter generators cost more than portable generators, but they're also quieter and cleaner. For safety purposes, always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors.

Do you carry wireless or wired doorbell cameras?

Enjoy peace of mind, privacy, and safety with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a window or peephole when you can watch human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off potential porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Several cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you flexible accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as needed.
