Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

Is there a grill sale for Memorial Day?

The bargains you've been waiting for are here from May 14–27! Shop huge Memorial Day Deals to upgrade every part of your house. We've got savings on storage and organization, refrigerators, outdoor power equipment, and tools, to name a few categories — but there's more! You’ll find unbelievable savings, including up to 40% off select appliances and select online bath items. Find incredible deals at our Memorial Day Sale on The Home Depot mobile app or in person at our store.

How can I prep my home for flip-flopping spring temps?

Be confident your home is set for springtime temperature changes by repairing faulty parts of your home. If moisture gets inside the crevices, you might be dealing with mold. Check bricks and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces and water damage. On the outside of your house, examine roof shingles or metal roofs for damage that can let water leak in. Keep gutters fully functional to prevent excess water from backing up into your home when storms arrive. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be changed out if they're in poor condition.

Do you have specialty moving boxes?

Make moving or storage easier by picking up a mix of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you're searching for, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Don't forget to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those, too.

Is it good to have a generator at home?

Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for whatever circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with severe thunderstorms or tornados, a portable generator lets you enjoy power after the elements take it out. When browsing generators for sale, don't forget that inverter generators are more expensive than portable generators, but they're also quieter and cleaner. For safety purposes, always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors.

Do you have doorbell cameras?

Enjoy peace of mind, privacy, and safety with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. No more peeking through a nearby window when you can watch animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off would-be porch pirates. Several cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you flexible and easy accessibility. Save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.

What's the project at The Home Depot Kids Workshop in June 2026?

Head to the Kids Workshop on June 6th, from 9 a.m. to noon or while supplies last. It's time to assemble a goalie game! Your little builder can put together their very own soccer craft — like the tabletop version but kid-sized. The best part is playing the game, so leave some time to play a few rounds of DIY soccer!
