Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

What Memorial Day Deals do you have in 2026?

The bargains you've been waiting for are here from May 14th through 27th, 2026! Shop huge Memorial Day Deals to upgrade every part of your house. We've got savings on refrigerators, outdoor power equipment, tools, and storage and organization, to name a few categories — but there's more! You’ll find unbelievable savings, including up to 20% off select online patio furniture and select grills and accessories. Find incredible deals at our Memorial Day Sale in person at our store or on The Home Depot mobile app.

How can I prep my home for flip-flopping spring temps?

Be certain your home is equipped for wild temperature swings by repairing or replacing faulty components of your home and hardscaping. If water gets in the cracks, you could be looking at trouble. Check bricks and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage. On the outside of your home, inspect roof shingles or metal roofs for damage that can let water leak in. Keep gutters clear of debris to prevent water overflow from seeping beneath your shingles when storms arrive. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be changed out if they're in poor condition.

Do you have moving boxes?

Pick up a mix of moving boxes to make your move easier. We've got the sizes you want, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Look into our moving truck rentals, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.

Is it good to have a generator at home?

Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for any circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with tornados, blizzards, or strong winds, a portable generator lets you enjoy power after the elements take it out. When browsing generators for sale, remember that inverter generators cost more than portable generators, but they're also quieter and cleaner. Always run your generators outside, away from doors and windows, for safety purposes.

Why should I get a doorbell camera?

Enjoy peace of mind, safety, and privacy with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a nearby window when you can watch animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off potential porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Most cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you easy accessibility. Save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.

When is the next free Kids Workshop?

Drop by our Kids Workshop from 9–noon on June 6th. Give your children a taste of the joy of building with this sweet pint-sized soccer field. A simpler and smaller version of the full-size tables, this tiny soccer game is a great way to sharpen creativity, fine motor skills, and listening abilities. Team up with your kids to make this quick craft while supplies last. The best part is playing the game, so leave some time to play a few rounds of DIY soccer!
