My husband and I are greatly welcomed by this local Home Depot and the service we receive while shopping there. Assistant Michael and cashier Kathleen are very friendly and helpful and make the experience pleasurable. My husband and I love looking around and there it’s always usually someone to ask if you’re looking for something And can not find it. Bathrooms are located on the left side by the lumber area in our clean.

I’ve seen some blinds on the Home Depot webpage. I did not realize that these blinds were only available on the website. I was trying to order specific sizes and the price would change every time I tried and ended up being way more than what it was advertised for anyway ended up working with Diane, who was very helpful in getting all my window blinds ordered, although they were special order and ended up being relatively expensive. Diane made the process so much easier and I could not have done it without her help. Just wanted to give Diane in flooring, a shout out to being a dedicated and motivated employee, even after several years of experience.

We always enjoy going to this Home Depot. Everyone is always friendly and helpful!

I came in for some last minute Christmas shopping and decor. The Woodhaven Team made everything so wonderful! The store, itself, had just what I needed. But the Staff made last minute Christmas shop easy, enjoyable and productive. Thank you.

Store use to be great. Now you can never find or get help from employees. No cashier to ring stuff up. It is not my job to ring the stuff up also.

Yesterday I’m mistakenly scanned something twice at the self-serve checkout. I was concerned about being able to get a refund. When I explained my situation to Amaya at the customer service desk, she was very helpful, courteous, understanding, and professional. I travel to the store from Monroe specifically because of the employees. They are very Helpful and professional. I will keep coming here driving the extra miles for this reason. Numerous times over the last few months, including online, I have made Home Depot purchases. Over the last few days the Woodhaven Home Depot had this lady set up at a table near door soliciting customers for heating and cooling installation, inspections and service. My wife and I entered the location and were initially able to avoid her after a simple "no thank you.". However, when we walked by where she was sitting, she again attempted to solicit us. To avoid the annoyance, this precluded us from shopping for items near her. On July 27, this lady resorted to walking around with a shopping cart, with items inside, as if shopping. On this date I was stopped within the proximity of the front door, and then again near the tile. I informed her that we already spoke and I previously told her "no thank you.". No kidding, within 90 seconds she stopped me again and asked about my hearing and cooling. In absolute amazement, I left my cart full of items, shook my head in disbelief, and walked to customer service where I told them that she, and this practice, should immediately be stopped. I don't know anyone who appreciates being solicited while shopping, especially numerous times. I need to be assured that this practice of solicitation will immediately cease or I will never shop at this location again. If this becomes, or is, a Home Depot practice I will never shop Home Depot again.

Had product needed, a 580.00 product, but will never return to this store because of the senior person in the area and manager. Stephanie at check out was kind and apologetic for the senior persons attitude.

In recent times I have been looking for items in "light bulb land"!! On two separate occasions, two separate employees directed me to the exact item that I was looking for and explained how to set these items up. Great store, well stocked, good prices in spite of the less than helpful trade war with our allies that our so-called commander-in-chief has started at the expense of the average American.

I bought some spark plugs and filter for the lawnmower. I had a gentleman there Help me find the filters, but we needed someone else to find the spark plugs. They were both accommodating.They also gave me directions on where to find a food thermometer. They were very nice and friendly.

Bad product very upset, fertilizer was clumpy and was not able to break down. I had to throw the bag away.

Primary complaint: I have not been happy for some time shopping at HD because there is not enough staff in the stores to help with locating a product or answering questions. If you're fortunate to find someone, they often seem disinterested in engaging with customer - ME. There are no cashiers so I am forced to use self check WHICH I HATE! I do not like Also, I object to allow customers to bring their dogs into the store (I have had pets and don't hate dogs.)

I have been a customer since their opening day. The store is in a convenient distance from home. It has everything that I have needed for my many construction projects.

All parts were in stock for a large wiring job that had to be completed within the day

I think every associated in the store was friendly a asked if they could help with anything.

I was admonished for using the self-check out for my tile samples. "Some items are not meant to be rang up at them." That was after the barcode was cut off on one and they had to go find it. However the checkouts with a cashier are at the far end of the store with a sign above that says "pro." Didn't appreciate the attitude when they chose to cut costs by having customers use the self serve checkouts that are in the middle of the store.

I have made many purchases at this location,the staff is always helpful and easy going. Never a problem getting assistance when I need them. Products are easy to find and access.

Went to buy a shower insert for basement shower remodel found a manager then she found us an associate that was extremely knowledgeable and we were in and out of there in about 15 minutes and ordered our stuff for pick up on a Saturday afternoon.

Paint department employees have been pleasant, efficient, and helpful in our recent interactions with them!
