Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

What's part of The Home Depot Spring Deals sale in 2026?

Enjoy some of the best savings of the season with our Spring Deals. New tools help take care of that DIY list as the weather brings sunny cheer. It's also a great time for organizing your home with the perfect storage, doing lawn and garden work outdoors, and setting up appliances indoors. Remember to upgrade your patio furniture and outdoor power equipment as well. Get it all done when you save during our Spring Deals sale, running only from 4/23 through 5/10. Shop fast to catch these bargains.

How can I prepare my home for fluctuating spring temperatures?

Be confident your home is set for spring temperature swings by replacing or repairing faulty components of your hardscaping. On your home's exterior, examine shingles or metal roofing for damage that can let water in. Chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're badly weathered. Keep gutters functional and clear to prevent ice dams if your location is still prone to winter weather. Also, check bricks and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage. If water freezes inside the cracks, you might be looking at a problem.

What types of moving boxes do you have?

Make your move easier by picking up a variety of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you need, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion any and all items with moving blankets and bubble cushion to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Don't forget to check out our moving truck rentals if you need those, too.

Should I get an inverter generator or a portable generator?

Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for any circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with severe thunderstorms or strong winds, a portable generator lets you enjoy power when the elements take it out. When searching for generators for sale, remember that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. Always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.

Do you have wired or wireless doorbell cameras?

Enjoy peace of mind, safety, and privacy with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through a peephole or window when you can see animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off wannabe porch pirates. Most cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you flexible and easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as needed.

What will the next free Kids Workshop be?

Head to our Kids Workshop on May 2nd, from 9 a.m. to noon or while supplies last. It's time to put together a keepsake box! Your little builder can assemble their very own trinket holder — complete with a sliding lid. Remember to leave enough time to decorate your box with stickers!
