AVOID for installation services!
Would rate this a zero if I could. Was billed 6x the rate by the contractor for a simple toilet install with flange. Contractor can't/won't explain the outrageous bill and Home Depot is going to roll with the amount. Was totally fleeced and the store manager is okay with it. WOW. Telling me you "understand" my "frustration" doesn't excuse your store's duty to vet the contractors and support the customers. DO NOT get any installation services unless you can wield a wild blank check for outrageous charges. No longer a Home Depot customer as a result of this experience. After talking with a few coworkers, turns out this isn't an isolated case. Go figure. Consider yourself warned!

Excellent Customer Service
I was very pleased with the experience that I got from Norm, an employee in the Paint dept. The store did not have a quart of the paint that I needed but he made a mixture which was the exact color I wanted. Norm was very nice, unlike an experience that I had with a lady in a different Home Depot employee just 2 days prior.
I also had a helpful experience with 2 women, Chris and Cindy. I needed a particular solar battery with certain specifications, and they both helped me find what I needed.

Fabulous employees
The store itself is clean, well stocked and the employees are always very helpful.
If you ever need flooring or blinds, see Juan. He will do whatever he can to make sure you're happy.
