What's on sale for Spring Black Friday?
The Home Depot Spring Black Friday Sale is back and better than ever. Save big on home decor and bath goods, including bathroom vanities. Update your ceiling fan to match your new decor and keep air moving in your home as temps rise. Proper storage and organization gives you spring cleaning freshness all year. Now is the time to start DIY projects by taking advantage of low prices on tools. Don't forget to embrace energy-efficient living with new appliances, too. This spring sale runs from April 9th through 22nd, so remember to shop before it ends.
How can I prepare my home for fluctuating spring temperatures?
Make certain your home is equipped for springtime temperature changes by replacing faulty parts of your hardscaping and home. If moisture freezes in the cracks, you might be in for a headache. Check brick and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage. On the outside of your home, inspect roof shingles or metal roofing for rust or damage that could let water in. Keep gutters clear and functional to prevent ice dams if your location is still prone to ice storms and snow. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be changed out if they're badly weathered.
What kinds of moving boxes do you have?
Pick up a variety of moving boxes to make your move easier. We've got the sizes you need, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Look into our rental moving trucks, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.
Should I get an inverter generator or a portable generator?
Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for any circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with severe thunderstorms or strong winds, a portable generator lets you enjoy power when the elements take it out. When searching for generators for sale, remember that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. Always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.
Do you have wired or wireless doorbell cameras?
Enjoy peace of mind, safety, and privacy with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through a peephole or window when you can see animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off wannabe porch pirates. Most cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you flexible and easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as needed.
