Your local hardware store has everything you need to prepare for the summer sun and storms. We're your trusted source for everything from screen doors, portable a/c units, and storm doors to shade structures, interior and exterior paint, and lawn chairs. Find what you need stocked on the shelves at your local Poplar Bluff Home Depot or get it straight to your door with our fast, free delivery. You can also explore our Home Depot product locator app, which displays a store map, the aisle location, and current inventory for the items you're looking for. Use the app to start any returns you have, too.
At The Home Depot, we're committed to our community. We support our local VA hospital and donate to the annual Care and Share program for veterans.
You can find us northwest of the intersection of US-67 Business and MO-53, not far north of Hydro Adventures. Our team looks forward to seeing you in our aisles. Don't forget to browse our local ad before you arrive to know which items are on promotion.
Sincerely,
Your Poplar Bluff Home Depot Store Team
Does The Home Depot have a storage sale in 2026?
Garage Storage Savings are here, so it's time to get shopping. From garage storage bundles to storage bins, we've got bargains on what you need for a neatly arranged garage. Shop the sales in-store or online from 6/22–8/18, and make this the year you organize the garage and shed.
How can I prepare my home for summer temps?
Make certain your home is ready for summertime heat by repairing faulty components of your hardscaping and home. Check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces and water damage. If water gets inside the cracks, you could be dealing with damage. On the outside of your house, inspect shingles or metal roofs for damage or rust that can let water in. Keep gutters clear and functional to keep rain overflow from entering your home when storms arrive. Lastly, chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're in poor condition.
Do you offer moving boxes?
Pick up a variety of moving boxes to make storage and moving easier. We've got the sizes you need, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Look into our rental moving trucks, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.
Should I get an inverter generator or a portable generator?
Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for whatever circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with tornados, blizzards, or strong winds, a portable generator lets you enjoy electricity when the elements take it out. When browsing generators for sale, keep in mind that inverter generators are pricier than portable generators, but they're also quieter and cleaner. For safety purposes, always run your generators outdoors, away from doors and windows.
Do you have wired or wireless doorbell cameras?
Enjoy safety, peace of mind, and privacy with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a window when you can watch animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you talk to whoever is on your doorstep via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off potential porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Most cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you flexible accessibility. Save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.
What's the project at The Home Depot Kids Workshop in August 2026?
Don't miss our Kids Workshop to encourage future builders! Give your children a taste of the joy of building with this rocket game. Constructing a wooden spaceship toy is a great way to hone fine motor skills, listening abilities, and creativity. This cute kids' project is happening on August 1st, from 9 a.m. to noon or while supplies last.
