Where can I buy back-to-school supplies for my dorm?
We've got your dorm essentials. Use storage containers or moving boxes to transport your belongings, and be ready for residual dirt with cleaning wipes and other cleaning products. Bring spackle to fill old nail holes and Command adhesive hooks to hang string lights and wall art. Make the room your own with area rugs and wall decals. Extension cords and power strips let you place lamps, mini fridges, and countertop microwaves where you need them. If you didn't get a new school backpack yet, we've got those, too. Be prepared to head to college with useful products from your local Home Depot.
What home repairs should I make before summer storms hit?
Be certain your home is set for summertime temperatures by repairing or replacing faulty components of your home. Check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces. If moisture gets in the cracks, you might be looking at trouble. On your house's exterior, examine shingles or metal roofing for damage that could let water in. Keep gutters functional and clear to keep rain overflow from backing up into your home when storms arrive. Lastly, chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're badly weathered.
Do you carry moving boxes?
Make storage or moving easier by picking up a variety of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you're searching for, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Don't forget to check out our moving truck rentals if you need those, too.
Why should I get a generator?
Restore power in your home even after severe storms take it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are quieter and cleaner than traditional portable generators. They'll adjust to the required load, making more noise when they create more power. When browsing generators, keep in mind that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. For safety purposes, always run your generators outdoors, away from doors and windows.
Do you carry wireless or wired doorbell cameras?
Enjoy safety, peace of mind, and privacy with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a nearby window when you can view human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you talk to whoever is on your doorstep via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off potential porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Several cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you easy accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as it suits you.
When is the Home Depot Kids Workshop in August?
Stop by the Kids Workshop to encourage future builders! Give your children a taste of the joy of building with this rocket game. Constructing a wooden spaceship toy is a great way to exercise creativity, listening abilities, and fine motor skills. This fun kids' project is happening on 8/1/26, from 9 a.m. to noon or while supplies last.
