Excellent floor staff

SAD that a US MILITARY VETERAN needs an Email address and internet connection to receive a MILITARY Discount from Homedepot. Oh, and smartphone My dad does say he would NOT recommend a friend to homedepot because of this experience.

Customer Service staff at the counter is ALWAYS friendly, personal, and helpful when picking up special orders.

Always a good experience here . I wish I could say the same for the other home improvement store . I love to write good reviews .

I went through in need of a piece of foam pipe covering and spray foam to cover a pipe from my HVAC unit to the brick foundation.. I had no idea where to look for these items. Thankfully an employee named Steve took the time to escort me around the store checking with associates until we found the two items I needed.

The store always has what I need in stock. The store is neat and well organized. Most importantly the service is friendly and accommodating.

I attempted to purchase a leaf blower and despite asking for different associates for help to get them to unlock it so I could actually purchase it I walked away empty-handed. Each associate said they needed to go find a different associate and I ended up waiting over 48 minutes before I finally walked out when I walked out I walked past at least another five Associates sitting and on their cell phones.

Had an excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable salesperson who took the guesswork out of buying the appliances right for us.

Any time I need a question answered the associates are there to help

If you need honest, competent help in finding a major appliance, go see Brian. He's very knowledgeable and will answer all of your questions and concerns. The best experience we've ever had shopping for an appliance.

THE STORE EMPLOYEES ARE GREAT. IF THEY DO NO HAVE AN ITEM DO NOT ORDER IT ONLINE, AND IF YOU WANT STORE PICK UP DO IT IN THE STORE & HAVE AN EMPLOYEE ORDER IT.... DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY, DISHONEST, AND KEPT MY MONEY (MORE THAN $700) FOR A WEEK. I SPENT HOURS MAKING PHONE CALLS OVER A 12 DAY PERIOD.

The employees at this location really make the difference.

I come in here all the time to get stock supplies for work. I can generally find a helpful employee when I cannot locate something. No bad experiences.

After visiting two HD stores that showed online they had the grill in stock, and couldn't find them when we got to the stores, I called ahead of time to make sure someone could physically put their hands on the Masterbuilt grill my husband wanted. I was blessed to have GracieBee answer and she was phenomenal, especially this day and age. She took the time to physically find the product and let me know it was there. Then after we arrived she came and found us to make sure we were taken care of. It was so nice & she was excellent to deal with!! Hubby loves his grill!

My husband and I went in search of a new washer and dryer. We had the pleasure of Brian being the associate who helped us during our visit. He was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful without hovering.

Picked out and purchase a major appliance and the Customer Service Repr. who helped us through this experience was most helpful and took us through the whole process with paper work and calls for installation process also. Would definitely recommend Home Depot for future purchase. Thank you.

I went into the garden center looking for dwarf hydrageas and found exactly what I was wanted. My cashier was excellent, extremely helpful and kind. I will remain a loyal Home Depot customer.

I suggest you do not go to this store unless you know exactly what it is that you want and exactly what you need to accomplish your task. The person available to help me had no idea what was needed to install shelving and could not tell me what to purchase, so I left and went elsewhere. Very sad because I've done quite a bit of business at this location.

MANY FRIENDLY STORE EMPLOYEES! And lots of VETS, too.
