Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

Is patio furniture on sale for Father's Day?

Explore the savings at our Father's Day Sale, and find amazing deals on everything from patio furniture and tool storage to generators and riding lawn mowers. We've also got up to 40% off Milwaukee tools. These bargains run from June 4th to 24th, 2026, only, so shop fast.

How can I prepare my home for summer temps?

Be confident your home is set for summertime temps by replacing faulty components of your home and hardscaping. Check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage. If water gets inside the cracks, you could be in for a headache. On your house's exterior, inspect roof shingles or metal roofs for rust or damage that might let water in. Keep gutters functional and clear to prevent excess water from seeping beneath your shingles when storms arrive. Lastly, chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're badly weathered.

What's your selection of moving boxes like?

Pick up an assortment of moving boxes to make storage and moving easier. We've got the sizes you've been looking for, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Look into our rental moving trucks, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.

Do I need a generator?

Enjoy power in your home even after severe weather takes it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are quieter and cleaner than traditional portable generators. They'll adjust to the required load, making less noise when they create less power. When browsing generators, keep in mind that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. For safety purposes, always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors.

Does The Home Depot sell doorbell cameras?

Enjoy privacy, peace of mind, and safety with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a nearby window when you can see human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off potential porch pirates. Many cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you easy and flexible accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as needed.

What's the project at The Home Depot Kids Workshop in July 2026?

Stop by our Kids Workshop to encourage future craftspeople and builders! Give your children a taste of the joy of building with this toy go-kart. Constructing a small wooden toy with wheels is a great way to exercise listening abilities, creativity, and fine motor skills. This fun kids' project is happening on 7/4/2026, from 9–12 noon or while supplies last.
