When is the Spring Black Friday Sale?
The Home Depot Spring Black Friday Sale is back and better than ever. Save big on lawn and garden as well as outdoor power equipment, then update your grill and patio furniture so you're ready to enjoy the season. You can also get a jump on spring cleaning and DIY projects by taking advantage of low prices on tools. Don't forget to embrace energy-efficient living with new appliances, too. This spring sale runs from April 9th through 22nd, so shop fast.
How can I prepare my home for fluctuating spring temps?
Make certain your home is set for wild temperature swings by repairing or replacing faulty parts of your home and hardscaping. On the exterior of your home, inspect roof shingles or metal roofs for damage that can let water leak inside. Keep gutters clear of debris to prevent ice dams if you're still prone to ice storms and snow. Chimney caps and vinyl siding should be swapped out if they're badly weathered. Also, check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage. If moisture freezes inside the crevices, you might be dealing with damage.
Do you have specialty moving boxes?
Make storage or moving easier by picking up an assortment of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you want, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Don't forget to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those, too.
Do I need a generator?
Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for any circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with severe thunderstorms or strong winds, a portable generator lets you enjoy electricity when the elements take it out. When browsing generators for sale, remember that inverter generators cost more than portable generators, but they're also quieter and cleaner. Always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.
Why should I get a doorbell camera?
Enjoy peace of mind, privacy, and safety with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through a peephole or window when you can see animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you talk to whoever is on your doorstep via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off wannabe porch pirates. Many cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you flexible accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as needed.
