I did purchase for 211 something that I got Suplies but then I got charge for 211, for something that I didn’t get

This is our families favorite Home Depot (San Dimas)! Always fast and friendly. We learn something new with each visit

I’d rate it an 8 out of 10—about a 3 out of 5. For such a large, well-established trade store, every customer should be welcomed and assisted immediately upon entering. If you finish helping one person, move on to the next; someone will always need assistance. Good service should never be taken for granted. Seek them out people

Nice clean store. Lots in stock. employees were helpful. they thanked me for shopping. usually don’t get that service at Home Depot

Had to return an item

I was going to purchase wood for a table project but noticed some of the 2x12 lumber is warped.

Clean store lots of staff, not what hardware stores used to be like. Got problem solved once I asked for help. Even the young people new how to help!

The HD rep. did not know what a transformer was... I was looking for a 120V transformer to 24V.

Cashier associates not helpful or friendly. They did not want to process my 18 month home depot interest free coupon. Gave me excuses. After hanging in there for almost an hour at the register to get my promotion processed, I believe my entire purchase experience was a deliberate attempt by cashier to discourage me from using my 18 month interest coupon. In addition store associates, do a pass it on to another associate when it comes to asking for help on the floor to escape from helping customers. I had to get manager involved for the help.

I was happy to see that you had available stock, even late in the season. A very helpful gentleman helped me.

Lizandro M. helped me order a garage door with installation and was the most friendly and knowledgeable employee I've ever come across at a Home Depot store. I hope Home Depot values the dedication Lizandro brings to his job and the company.

The rental shop at this location is great very helpful

I haven’t had any very unpleasant experiences here. Our store is always clean and employees are helpful. I only had to wait a looooong time once for a drive up order but such is life. Overall I enjoy visiting this store.

Purchased a dishwasher. Took more than 5 phonecalls to get hold of a knowledgeable sales person. Then they sold me an installation package but failed to inform me HD would not install the machine because it was wired into my home instead of a plug in.

I bought stucco patch repair kit but there were not enough knowledgeable employees on the floor to ask questions about other items.

ok service, nothing exceptional

I love The Home Depot. They usually have stock on the parts I need to complete my projects. It's the times that I need to reach the end goal, and need assistance getting there that is the problem. I always have problems finding someone in store to help, and someone who is actually knowledgable about the department. Last project took me 3 trips to finally get the correct parts needed and had assistance each time leading to incorrect sizes and parts. At times it can be frustrating without the proper assistance.

I ordered online on Mar 30 ,order number is WN11990746 . My schedule delivery is April 5. But I only got half part of my order , nobody tell me what happed first . I still have to pay labor fee for two guys who I asked . Then I go to home depot in Glendora. Rescheduled my other order delivery, order number is H6617-455728 ,it is 6am to 8 am on Apr 11 and I got the new delivery information by message. I asked two labor guys to come again, now I didn’t get my order , I called Glendora Home Depot. They said they deliver for me this afternoon. Still nobody tell me first. The whole things is unfair . The service in Glendora Home Depot is too terrible.

For the most part, this store is a great disappointment. Filled out the other survey which was probably a waste of time.

Worst experience ever. I came into your store to purchase some electrical tools for my husband and was under the impression I had $25 store credit to use in my app and I went to 3 women and not one person knew how to use the app. As I was in line to purchase my tools I get harassed by customers behind me for not hurrying up with my purchase as I had questions. There was only 2 people ringing out customers and I couldn’t get my discount on my tools. Such a disappointing experience! Would not like to come back here again.

On a recent trip to the Glendora California Home Depot we found a definite increase in the number of available employees on the floor. We were greeted by friendly workers and asked two times if we needed help finding anything. Impressive!

Been shopping there for decades. I almost always find what I'm looking for. Employees are friendly and helpful. Yes, there are times when you have to look for an employee or wait your turn ....but that's life. Return are easy. App and website is easy to use.

I needed a 4x4 cut. I went to pro services and they paged overhead for help. I waited 10 minutes for someone to help me. No one showed up. I ended up looking for someone. Brian from lumber didn't want to help me cut, stating he was too busy loading his bay. He had me ask a member from another department. I ended up going to plumbing and an older gentleman helped me out. I forget his name, but he mentioned he was the only one working plumbing at the time. This was 12/6/24 around 3 PM. The older gentleman said customers come first and he cut the 4x4 himself. Just goes to show that some employees go above and beyond to help customers.

Your employees are hidden, not on the floor in areas that demand lots of customer attention. I walked around for 15 minutes looking for a worker (customer service doesn’t answer item questions) to tell me where a particular item was located. In the end, it was hidden behind a ladder. Like really?
