Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

When is The Home Depot Father's Day Sale in 2026?

This June, find Father's Day gifts that fit his interests. Explore the savings at The Home Depot Father's Day Sale, and find amazing deals on everything from smart home gifts and ladders to garage storage and appliances. You can even save up to $100 on select grills. These bargains run in-store and online from June 4–24 only, so shop fast.

How can I prep my home for scorching summer temps?

Make certain your home is equipped for summertime temps by replacing or repairing faulty parts of your hardscaping. If water gets inside the crevices, you could be dealing with mold. Check brick and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage. On the outside of your home, examine shingles or metal roofs for damage or rust that can let water in. Keep gutters clear of debris to prevent overflow from backing up into your home when storms arrive. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be swapped out if they're in poor condition.

Do you carry wardrobe moving boxes?

Pick up an assortment of moving boxes to make your move easier. We've got the sizes you've been looking for, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Look into our rental moving trucks, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.

Why should I get a generator?

Enjoy power in your home even after severe weather takes it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are quieter and cleaner than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise while they create less power. When searching for generators, keep in mind that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. Always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.

Do you have doorbell cameras?

Enjoy peace of mind, privacy, and safety with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a window when you can see animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off potential porch pirates. Many cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.

When is the next free Kids Workshop?

Head to our Kids Workshop to encourage future builders and craftspeople! Give your children a taste of the joy of building with this go-kart toy. Constructing a small wooden toy with wheels is a great way to hone listening abilities, creativity, and fine motor skills. This cute kids' project is happening on July 4th, from 9–12 noon or while supplies last.
