When is the Spring Black Friday Sale?
The Home Depot Spring Black Friday Sale is better than ever. Save big on lawn and garden and outdoor power equipment, including lawn mowers and mulch, then update your grill so you're ready to enjoy the season. You can also get a jump on spring cleaning with storage and DIY projects by taking advantage of low prices on tools. Don't forget to embrace energy-efficient living with new appliances, too. This spring sale runs from April 9th through 22nd, so don't miss it.
What do I do to prepare my home for flip-flopping spring temps?
Make certain your home is set for spring temperature swings by replacing faulty components of your hardscaping. On your home's exterior, examine roof shingles or metal roofs for rust or damage that could let water seep in. Chimney caps and vinyl siding should be swapped out if they're in poor condition. Keep gutters clear of debris to prevent ice dams if you're still prone to winter storms. Also, check bricks and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces. If moisture freezes inside the cracks, you might be in for a headache.
Do you carry small moving boxes?
Make moving or storage easier by picking up a mix of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you're looking for, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Remember to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those, too.
Should I get a portable generator or an inverter generator?
Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for whatever circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with tornados or severe thunderstorms, a portable generator lets you enjoy power after the elements take it out. When exploring different generators for sale, don't forget that inverter generators are more expensive than portable generators, but they're also quieter and cleaner. Always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.
Does The Home Depot sell doorbell cameras?
Enjoy safety, peace of mind, and privacy with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a peephole when you can watch animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off potential porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Many cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as needed.
