Store Was Well Stocked Smooth Checkout & Andrew Helped Me From A-Z.

Had the pleasure of meeting Matt in flooring/paint who helped me find what I was looking for! He showed interest and was attentive to my needs! He was friendly, courteous and answered all of my questions with knowledge and support. Also had a great experience at self check out with Becca! It appears that Home Depot hired some good quality employees on their team!

Cassandra "Cass", kitchen designer at the Aberdeen store, was an enormous help with the design of our galley kitchen. She was very knowledgeable about HD's line of cabinet products, gave us tips and ideas and patiently answered our many questions. In the end she produced a great 3D computer design of our new kitchen layout which we are very happy with! Her customer service skills exceeded our expectations and she is just a nice person all around.

I was very disappointed on my last visit to this Home Depot. Maria, cashier, was very rude to me and less than helpful. When the register would not cooperate in order to apply my military discount, she told "too bad" and that i should have used the app to make my purchase instead. Other employees in the area came to assist but Maria just turned her head and leaned up against the side of her register as acting bothered. I told her she was being rude and she just gruffed at me.

Paid for a ton of pellets was told where to pull my truck, pulled there and waited over an hour and a half to get them loaded. After 20 min of waiting I went in and was told the loader was stuck so I went back out and waited the rest of the hour and a half. When I came back in the initial lady that helped me threw her hands up and said she didn’t want anything to do with it and tried to send me back down to customer service. I paid almost $300 and had to stand around for an hour and A half. Not one person said they were sorry for making me wait an hour and a half nor did they make any accommodations or price adjustments.

I had to return a $600 machine that broke on first use after I had thrown out the box. Three employees all gave me the same positive answer and one took sufficient extra time to help me select a sturdier option online that fit my price range.

I was looking for a specific bulb that was supposed to be on the shelf. An employee helped me find it pretty quickly!

Walking past return cashier Deborah with extremely heavy load on cart, I asked if I could check out there instead of pulling all the way across the store. Had already pulled from the back of outside area, and that register was not open. She said sure, and rang up my purchase there. Saved me those extra steps. Thank you Deborah! I work with the Army in the nearby Aberdeen Proving Ground and stopped by the store today, 23 JUL 2021. I would like to commend Ms Deborah from Customer Service. She was very helpful, professional and assisted me to her fullest capacity. Much appreciated!- Alex Estella

Deborah and Shara were the associates that helped my husband and I check out. These ladies displayed great customer service by ensuring that we received the interest free promotion and the Ryobi promotion as well. There was plenty of associates through out the store to assist you as well.

Darrel at the Aberdeen store was very helpful i knew what i wanted but not where it was located, so i asked Darrel. who was working in the paint section. He knew what i was asking for and took me right to it unlike some of the people that work there he knew his job.

There is always someone there to help you. The store is clean & organized. Its obvious the level of courtesy to the customer training is top shelf!

I purchased a dishwasher from the Aberdeen, MD store and purchased the installation package. The vendor who delivered the dishwasher would not do the install because he did not have a long enough supply hose. I have callled Home Depot three times and speak to a different person each time; they promise to call back after they look into the problem, but no one ever calls back.

A very nice garden center with a decent selection of herbs and vegetable plants. Staff here is very friendly and helpful. If you're thinking of starting a small garden this is the place to go. They have a great planter boxes, I recommend the big city planter it's a nice big box with good drainage and it's only $30. All the plants here are very healthy looking and everything I've bought from here so far is doing well. The outdoor garden center is organized and it takes no time at all to grab what I need and go.
