This store has great customer service! The associates are friendly and helpful. It's a great place to shop at.

Excellent customer service.

Product returns with no receipts will be refunded for "...the lowest advertised price". Upon enquiry, the product was being sold for the same price when I had purchased it. I got told that there was a sale at some point in between at which point was sold at a discounted 32% and as such could only refund me that discounted price ... and I was told the sale was a week prior to my enquiry. What a load of bollocks... Honesty and integrity was somewhat lacking in this case.

I cannot recommend a business that doesn't have a Pro Desk open on weekends; especially after being told by a representative on the website chat feature to go to the Home Depot Pro Desk to receive assistance with making a purchase. The employees informed me that to their knowledge this is the only store that doesn't have personnel working at the Pro Desk on weekends; which are the only days many of us have the time to shop. The only positive aspect were the customer service representatives at the store who tried to do what the Pro Desk employees weren't there to do.

This is the place you want to go for any home project or even a fun project for the kids!! Clean, well lit and many product in stock. I love the team of associates at this store.

Store relies on self check out for customers. Little employee assistance available in the late afternoon. Store was clean, but I really don’t care about that in a home improvement store. Would rather have knowledgeable people that want to help me available. Associates may be friendly but that would require one talking to me. I bought some products guess time will tell if they are what I needed or not. Obviously not too happy about this shopping trip.

Easy to find the exact appliances we were looking for - staff was extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy - and BEST price (and we compared to several places).

Home Depot is the best I love the hours, coupons online, sales and variety of items along with customer service

The store is in a great, convenient location, great parking, easy access, well maintained, with friendly employees.

I normally do not write reviews but felt the need to for my experience. I took on a big project of getting all the materials I needed for a new fence, work on my outdoor shed, and patio pavers. I worked directly with one salesperson from start to finish. He assisted me with my order, made sure everything was correct and delivered on time, and also assisted me when I needed to add to my order. Thank you Home Depot for making this experience so easy with no stress, but especially, a big thank you to Conner, I could not have done it without you!

Merchandise clogs every walkway and isle. Forced to use self check out where the scanners and screens are dirty and there is no hand sanitizer to clean your hands after check out.

Horrible customer service experience. Arrived at this location to get potting soil and gardening soil. I looked for the soils but they were not located outside. I asked an associate who said he would call a garden associate. He saw the guy was down the aisle and asked me to ask him. I approached a female and male associate and asked them about having the soils in stock. The female said well the soil is outside. I stated I know that but there was none outside. She stated she believes they were out stock. I asked if they would check and they didn't seem happy to. The male associate checked outside in the back and said they had the potting soil on a pallet out back but he didn't believe they had the garden soil. You don't believe???? He said I could pay and he would load it in my car. I paid. I had to look at my phone to pull up the item for the cashier. I went to get the potting soil in the back but the guy wasn't there! While driving back there saw the gardening soil on a pallet out back. I waited and waited. Finally a guy came and loaded the soil. I went back inside, spoke with a management and paid for the garden soil. Went back outside to have it load but no associate. I drove around the building to find someone. Saw 3 guys. I asked if they could load it and can I do it. The guy earlier who stated he would load the soil was sitting on the steps and wouldn't respond! Another guy offered to help. I waited by the garden soil and waited and waited. Another customer pulled up. Two guys started approached the customer & talking and helping him after I had been waiting! I stepped out of my car and the guy who step up to help me came and loaded my car while the other guy who was originally said he would load the potting soil and was sitting on the steps helped the other customer. I never write reviews! I'm in the business of quality management and this is completely unacceptable. I spend $1000s at this location. I can't believe the lack of customer service and the unfriendlyness.

I have been shopping at this store i Acworth, since I started building my "new" home in the Acworth area 11 MONTHS AGO. ALL of the employees (especially the ladies on the front service desk, where I ALWAYS check out) have ALWAYS been EXTREMELY courteous and helpful!

Amazing store....excellent selection variety in the garden center area....an abundance of beautiful plants and veggies and soil and soil amendments, clean and tidy atmosphere, and the best part, plenty of people on hand to offer excellent customer service and they offer it before you even have to go searching for someone to flag down for help! Staff is awesome when it comes to knowing their inventory, the products sold, how popular the items that sell are, and what is a great alternative to a product, and the sale/ad details for the week. I have no problem driving 30 min past my local store to go to this Home Depot location. 1 Sat AM at my local store...not this Acworth Store, I and another customer waited an hour at the Cartersville store for the wood cutting guy to finish with the forklift task and this Acworth store is staffed enough to offer an excellent level of customer service where inconvenient experinces like that just won't happen. Employees are happy and awake and will gladly guide you to what you're searching for and help load you up with a smile. The Acworth HD is the best HD store in my opionion.
