The store was neat and clean. All your employees are always friendly every time I go to visit the store here in Alamogordo New Mexico. Also, the employees are always very helpful when I need to find something that I'm looking for. I would recommend this store to anyone who's looking to do Home Improvement.

Thank you to the manager for always making sure we are taking care of. Also thanks to the lady in the plumbing area. I came in with a sprinkler system control had about 15 different pieces. She took the time to help me rebuild it!!!! Now that’s great customer service!!!!

I live in Las Cruces, NM and conduct a considerable amount business in Alamogordo, NM. The Home Depot store #3516 is my first choice to purchase products while performing work in Alamogordo. I would like to thank the employees at The Home Depot who are professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Some of you I know and others recognize me and greet me when I enter the store. This makes me feel very welcomed and assured that my needs will be taken cared for. I would recommend you over your competition any day.

It's a blessing to have a hardware store which such a family feel. They always have the holidays displayed bringing cheer to any occasion. Thank you!!! THE HOME DEPOT!!!

I found the people at Home Depot go out of their way to help you. It isn't easy finding some items when they all have similar packaging and there must be hundreds of choices of all the brands. If the itmes in each store was only packaged in bigger print this might be helpful to find. For instance, how many different light bulbs do you thing there is? Hundreds. Try finding a 3 way light bulb, not only do they make very few of these now, the packaging all looks the same. Thanks to the poeple like Joe P. and Nicole that know how and where these items are in these monsterous stores.

I am a DIY handyman and I visit The Home Depot several times a week. I n all of my years and hundreds of visits I have never had an experience like I had last Saturday in Alamogordo New Mexico. Two of the employees there (Josh L and Adam M) treated me with respect and kindness while being extremely helpful. They both worked with me to ensure I had everything I needed. Their level of professionalism astounded me. As an employer myself I know how important it is to hire and retain top notch talent. These two exemplify a positive customer experience. WELL DONE!

The most welcoming and warm Home Depot store yet!!! Associates are very sweet and nice. They are always greeting you and really caring about helping you get what you need for your projects. These associates don't just point you in the direction, they walk with you and get you what you need or get someone else to help you. They are AWESOME!!!!! Carlos in flooring is EXCEPTIONAL! Anthony and Xavier are INCREDIBLE! Just stir away form Assistant Manager Jacob and you'll be good.

I can’t say enough about how good my experience was at the Alamogordo Home Depot. Roni was absolutely fabulous to work with and Nicole helped me resolve an unexpected credit card issue within minutes. Great place to shop....we will be back...again and again.

I shop here because this store has the friendliest folks around! Even when the product I'm looking for is not carried, they know where I can get it-that's real customer service; that's why I return! This store has happy, helpful employees that know where everything is located and are knowledgable.

My husband and I wanted to make sure that everyone knows to go see ANTHONY if you are going to be doing any painting! We have just purchased a home that we are going to paint the entire interior of. We had NO clue where to start and Anthony was the biggest help! He talked to us about undertones, sheens, Room lighting, best painting tools, wall texture, and anything in between. He helped us find the color we wanted and answered our massive list of questions! We couldn’t have done it without him!! He is the best!!! Thanks Anthony!!!!

Went in to buy some plants for my garden but didn’t the right ones. Candace the garden cashier was very helpful, she also advised me about growing some flowers from seeds. Candace gave me some great advise and check me really fast. You guys have some hard working people at that store.

The lady that helped us this evening was very nice. Her name was Nicole. Also, I love the garden department. I spend LOTS of money there every spring! I especially love the succulents you bring in.

Facility is clean and staff is courteous and available to assist.

If you havent been to the Home Depot recently, I suggest you go for your home improvement needs. The store was well organized and the employees seemed thrilled to help. Super friendly staff, clean and helpful.

I accidentally entered that I would not go back to the store and I wasn't able to go back and correct it.

My visit to the busy paint counter today prompted my writing my first store review. The paint counter was lined with customers but Xavier, the young man manning the paint counter today was courteous, helpful & respectful. Even with all the customers waiting at the busy counter, he took the time to make eye contact and acknowledge each customer while he was working, to assure all customers that he would help them ASAP. What a good employee!

frustrating experience with customer service ordering very expensive custom blinds, then all blackout shades were too narrow so there were lights gaps on both sides. The brackets are top mounted so the side brackets should make contact with the walls, but they don't.
