Mary was our main associate and cashier todsy. We were looking for new energy-efficient appliances and Mary was there assisting and answering questions the whole time. Great job!

Geri, in carpet, assisted me but chest freezer when appliance staff was busy. She could just as easily have pointed me to the correct desk and asked me to wait. Instead she had the freezer brought from storage, carted it to checkout, and made sure help was available to assist loading. I will check Home Depot first, the next time I need something!

I misplaced my keys and atleast 5 associates were helping me look for them. Customer Service at this store is amazing

Really appreciated the availability of the store associates to help. We were asked almost every time we passed an associate if we needed help. Even my 12 year old daughter noticed.

Steve assisted me with the purchase of a Dewalt construction radio. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He went out of his way to assist me.

I was very pleased that an associate was called to the building materials and came right away and helped pick out the lumber I wanted and cut it to a specific size. I then was directed to another department and another associate was available to cut a different product. This service made it easy to take home my materials. I really appreciate all the help.

I have come in several times since I have started DIY projects at home. The associates have been so helpful and readily answered my multiple questions tirelessly. The are always so friendly and helpful I am never intimidated to come in and ask whatever question I need to ask. And I know that I they'll help me get they best deal for what I really need. I truly appreciate this store!

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE ASSOCIATE WHO HELPED ME WITH BUYING A NEW BLIND. SHE SHOWED ME A LESS EXPENSIVE ITEM WHEN i WAS DISCOURAGED WITH THE PRICE OF THE ONE i HAD LOOKED AT. SHE WAS ALSO ABLE TO CUT IT AT THE EXACT POSITION NEEDED'

In the past, I have had to wait or search for help. Now the service has stepped up. Friendly, available and have better knowledge. The store is changing counters and moving product around. It appears to be a good decision. Store was clean, helpful and had the product that I was looking for. Far better than Wal Mart.

CASHIER MYQUEA was very friendly and courteous. I left the store completely satisfied.

Highly recommend purchasing appliances at Home Depot

Went in to find a Christmas Tree, Could not find the one I wanted on the shelf but two of the associates were very helpful in tracking one down in the store and getting it for me. All with a smile. I always have a great experience shopping at my local Home Depot.

The store staff are the most welcoming people . Every time I have entered or exited they have greeted me and my family . It doesn't matter what I need , they always have a smile and an answer .! Thank you

I shopped ahead online at homedepot.com I was able to easily find the items at the store that I looked at online. I was impressed with the quality of the products in person. (I'm shopping for kitchen cabinets)

I was looking for some paint primer. I was a bit not sure just what kind I wanted or needed. The lady at the paint area was very quick and helpful!

My past experiences with this store have not been good. I filled out a questionnair about a week ago and was not happy with my experience. Sent several e-mails back and forth with the manager and I don't know if she put a fire under some people or what happened but the last 2 visits have been much better. Please keep it up. It is a long drive to Jerry's but have been willing to do it because of the better service. Would rather keep buying locally if possible. Thank you for the good help.

On Nov 8th I purchased a new lawnmower and Edgar helped me set up the mower and showed me how to operate it I feel very comfortable in using my new mower, thanks to Edgar!

We have been a Home Depot customer for years, shopping for everything from tools to major home repair supplies. The helpfulness and friendliness of the associates has always been great. If we have had to make a return, it is always accepted with courtesy. The store and the bathrooms are always clean.

I needed 4 items, was met at the entry by an associate who immediately directed me to all items.. I was in & out in less than 10 minutes !! Very impressive...

We had purchased some deck paint, but the color didn't match what we had previously used. We returned it to the store with no issues. We found out that the formula had changed. The paint department, Shelby, did an excellent job of providing assistance to us trying to get just the right match. In the end we opted for a new color which we were satisfied with and looks great on our deck.

People were ready to serve and knew where I could find what I was looking for.
