I like Home Depot, because it feels more like a community store.

For a high volume store the staff was reasonably friendly and the store was pretty well organized. I have no complaints about the store at all or the staff as of this time.

Found help with custom cutting- very nice and prompt.

Everyone was really helpful and super friendly. My shopping experience was extremely satisfying and I feel like I got a really good deal on all the products that I purchased. I will definitely be returning to purchase more products from the store.

Great store and employees!

It was easy for me to find a store employee for help in finding my items. The employees were friendly and pleasant and saved me time and excess walking. Help is the most important thing to me in a store.

The Home Depot in Albany always friendly, helpful and have what I'm looking for.

The staff at this store are incredibly friendly and very helpful. The store is always clean and brightly lit. It's a comfortable atmosphere, even if a bit overwhelming due to the amount of toys (tools etc.), that can be found throughout the store. The organization of items may seem a little out of place at first glanc, but it makes sense. I.e. having outlets and switches by home electronics instead of in electrical, appliance cords by appliances instead of electrical. Overall, I enjoy shopping at this store.

I don't think I have ever had a bad experience at the albany home depot location with customer service. the location is great very convenient and I'm pleased every time I shop their.

Michelle at customer service, the lady in Garden and Luis help me greatly by loading 64 12”x12” paver stones on a flatbed cart, pushing it from garden to the cashier, and loader it in my car. Thank you for the great service. Every time I go to the Albany Oregon store I always get great service, good products at a reasonable price. The people at the store really know how to provide great customer service. They seem happy to work there.

All employees are always helpful and friendly. Always a great experience going there.

Employees on or off the clock are always willing to help others. Special thanks to Jeanna who was off work and shopping with her husband acknowledged me and saw I was searching for something. Jeanna asked what I needed help finding and then walked me to the zip ties after telling her husband to go ahead and check out. She then recommended a tie that I could fasten to my project for extra security. I’m just amazed. I knew she was great but to take her personal time with family to still help a old guy out. Excellent pride in her job. She deserves a raise....others need to care half as much as she does for us non contractors.

Wood and cutting section, the gentleman back there was great, Did not hesitate to help us with our visit. Wish I saw his name, it was covered by a vest.

This is the place I go for home care supplies! The employees in every department in which I have needed assistance have been very helpful and fully informed about the products in their department. They are not just knowledgeable about the products, they KNOW and SHARE how they work and are able to help me understand how to make them work once I leave the store. It's rare that this store doesn't have the item I need. I TRUST them!

Always have what I need

I like that this store has a small town feel for a big box store. Sometimes it is hard to find an associate that knows what they are talking about. So you need to be prepared to ask again, and add a little incentive to motivate them to look a little harder. But for the most part, it is always is a pretty good crew.

The Albany Home Depot is a great place to shop. Everyone at the store has always been so helpful. They are very good with their customer service and do their best to meet the customer needs. I enjoy going to the store. Employees are courteous and make a conscience effort to meet the customer expectations. Keep up the great service. Personal thanks to Jordan in the lumber area for helping me out. Outanding service.

Great employees that are more than willing to help you find what you need and they are knowledgeable so your question can be answered. If a particular employee doesn't know the answer they will find one that does.

Great people,good store

The gentleman who helped me had the best customer service skills, made my day and the stop fun. The cashier at self checkout was also wonderful, she kept it easy and fast checkout. Whoever manages this store does it right, every employee I interacted with was upbeat and so wonderful to work with!

Always friendly service. Plus there sales associates are always very knowledgeable and willing to help. I would much rather shop here rather than Lowes..
